Meet Ben

Ben Brownlee | Realtor® | Yacht Broker | Tournament-Winning Captain

With a lifetime immersed in the waterfront lifestyle, Ben Brownlee brings a rare and powerful perspective to luxury coastal real estate. Raised in Islamorada, Florida, Ben grew up surrounded by boating, world-class sportfishing, and the unique culture that defines waterfront living. That foundation has shaped both his professional career and his deep understanding of the lifestyle his clients are seeking.

For more than 20 years, Ben has worked professionally in the marine industry, serving as a notable, tournament-winning sportfishing yacht captain aboard some of the world’s top sportfishing vessels. His career has taken him to renowned destinations across the globe, where he has catered to discerning yacht owners and built a reputation for discretion, professionalism, and results. For over 14 years as a licensed yacht broker, Ben has successfully guided clients through high-value purchases and sales, negotiating complex transactions with confidence and precision.

Now bringing that same expertise shoreside, Ben specializes in luxury waterfront properties, drawing on firsthand knowledge of coastal construction, docks, seawalls, deep-water access, and boating logistics that most agents simply don’t have. Having lived and worked in Islamorada, Jupiter, and New Smyrna Beach, Ben understands the nuances of each market—from the boating conditions and waterways to the lifestyle, communities, and long-term value behind every location.

Above all, Ben is a family man who understands that a waterfront home is more than an investment—it’s where memories are made, traditions are built, and time on the water becomes part of everyday life. His clients value his calm approach, attention to detail, and ability to seamlessly serve buyers and sellers who live the boating lifestyle or aspire to it.

Whether you’re buying or selling a luxury waterfront home, Ben Brownlee offers a level of experience, insight, and integrity that only comes from a lifetime on the water.
