"We are delighted with her work and would love to hire her again for our future real estate needs., (This is going to be long) I contacted Tara around 2017 or 2018 to begin the search for a house in the Central Florida area. My wife and I were looking to move to this location as I was working on the Orlando suburbs. We gave Tara our “wish list” for a new home and told her we were in the very early stages of house hunting and didn’t want her to devote the time required for a very serious buyer at that time. She accepted this arrangement and made a point of emailing me properties as we got closer to the actual serious buying consideration period. We (my wife and I) finally decided the time had come to look at buying. I contacted Tara and told her it was time to seriously look as properties to buy. The “wish list” had changed a little and Tara made a point of sending me properties that met the criteria we presented. During this process we threw a curve ball at Tara with the added need to have an In-Law suite or have the space to construct an In-law suite. This curve didn’t seem to faze Tara a bit; she took the requirements and proceeded to find homes that would accommodate this need. As I looked at properties, I found most of the houses were not going to accommodate our need to have the In-law suite or the renovation was going to be extremely expensive. Not something we were going to do with many of the house wanting top dollar for the sale. Not to mention in some of the cases the HOA would have to be involved in the renovation. At this point we were at a loss of what to do; I ventured out on my own a few times and found some builders. We (my wife and I) began thinking about building and looking in the New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater communities areas. We had an idea of what we wanted but didn’t find builders receptive to our ideas. Tara suggested a builder she knew and felt their construction was excellent and good quality. We agree to to talk to the builder and off to see them we went. The builder worked with us and Tara was to help us when required. Even though we were dealing with a builder there were times that having Tara provided us that extra safety net since this was our first build. She was there to calm me down when the frustration level increased. She was there to remind us that it would come to fruition soon even though I didn’t feel it would. As we went through the building process Tara was there to help answer the questions we as new home builders needed to know but didn’t know to ask. She was a blessing during the closing period knowing all the ins and outs specifically in the Florida market, which was a major help coming from a totally different state and its market. In closing I will say Tara steps up to the plate with a “Can Do” attitude, an excellent knowledge of her market and willing to go the extra mile to work for her clients and their satisfaction and happiness in buying that house to make it into a home. Call her and let her work for you and make that buying experience that much easier."
