Meet Brittany

Having spent her life in the New Smyrna Beach area, Brittany offers more than knowledge of the local market. She understands the neighborhoods, communities, lifestyle, and character that make this part of Florida such a special place to call home. Whether helping a first-time buyer, assisting with a move to the area, searching for the right investment or coastal property, or preparing a home for sale, Brittany approaches every client relationship with patience, honesty, and a commitment to making the process feel as seamless as possible.

Brittany has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, reflecting advanced education in real estate practices, contracts, negotiation, ethics, and professional standards. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Daytona State College. Her background in business, finance, management, and client service adds another layer of experience to the way she approaches each transaction, allowing her to stay organized, anticipate potential issues, and keep the many moving parts of a real estate transaction on track.

In addition to working directly with buyers and sellers, Brittany serves as Administrative Assistant to the owner of The High Tide Group. Her role within the brokerage keeps her closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, including marketing, transaction support, agent resources, systems, and client experience. As a commissioned Notary, she is also able to provide an added level of convenience and support when needed. That behind-the-scenes involvement gives her a broader understanding of the real estate process and helps her provide well-rounded, informed service to her own clients from the first conversation through closing.

Most importantly, Brittany believes real estate is about people and relationships. She is proud to live, work, and raise her family in the community that raised her and enjoys helping others discover the homes, neighborhoods, and lifestyle she has known her entire life.
