Meet Jerri Francis

Jerri Francis brings a dynamic background in sales, merchandising, and client experience to The High Tide Group, where strategy meets genuine connection. With a natural ability to build trust and communicate clearly, Jerri guides her clients through every step of the buying or selling process with confidence and ease.

Her strong foundation in negotiation and strategic thinking allows her to advocate effectively — whether helping a first-time buyer step into homeownership, assisting a family in finding their forever home, or identifying the right investment opportunity. Jerri understands that real estate is both a financial decision and a personal journey, and she approaches each transaction with care, professionalism, and intention.

Jerri has a deep appreciation for the coastal lifestyle that makes this area so special — from afternoons along Canal Street to beachside sunsets and weekends on the water. She believes real estate is built on relationships, transparency, and thoughtful guidance.

When you work with Jerri, you’re not simply hiring a Realtor — you’re partnering with a knowledgeable local who is fully invested in your success.
